Privacy and Security

We take the security of our members' information extremely seriously.  If you have any comments about misuse of this system please contact us using the feedback link at the bottom of any page.

We comply with UK data protection legislation in its treatment of all personal data provided by members. You can edit the personal information held by us at any time by going to the "Your Details" area and editing your personal profile. You can also de-activate yourself from the service by contacting us using the feedback link at the bottom of any page. We will delete all your personal information from our system six months after you have done so.

We strive to ensure that any files stored on the service are thoroughly backed up. We recommend however, that you also keep your own copies of any important files.

What do you do with my registration information?

The information you provide about yourself is held securely by Herefordshire Council ICT Services on our servers. This information is used to assist us in the development of our policies and guidance, and provides us with the ability to seek your opinion on future initiatives and proposals appropriate to your interests.
