An Online Questionnaire allows you to easily respond to the consultation online.
Once a consultation is open you can answer the questionnaire.
For questionnaires that require you to log in, you can enter and save draft responses to questions and then
submit them when you're happy with the results.
You don't have to complete all of the questions in one go - you can return later to finish off the
consultation and submit your responses at any point before
the specified close-date.
For anonymous questionnaires, you need to complete your response in one go.
