Consultations

This section will provide you with information about past, present and future involvement activities and consultations by partner organisations within the Herefordshire Partnership.  This will include both electronic consultations and more traditional involvement activities.

Giving you access to past, present and future consultations responds to one of the commitments in the Herefordshire Council's Community Involvement Strategy, which is to be open and accountable to everyone living and working in Herefordshire about the information we have gathered through consultations, and how we have used this information to provide the best possible services in the County.

If you want to participate in electronic consultations, you will be required to register, using the links provided.  All we require is a valid email address and your name, although further information will help us target future consultations more effectively and invite you – dependent on the information you have given us about your particular interests – to participate in future consultations.

You will also be able to access the results of closed consultations and find out what organisations within the Herefordshire Partnership have done with the information gathered through consultations.  By using the 'search' categories, you search according to specific areas, target groups and dates of consultations.

All information you give us about yourself when registering will be treated in strictest confidence in line with our privacy policy.

Cardiac Services Discovery Interviews
We wish to interview adult patients and their carers (i.e. a spouse or partner, close family member or companion) who are being investigated or receiving treatment for heart disease. The purpose of the work is to hear patients and carers accounts of their experience, in their own words, by telling their story. We refer to these stories as 'discovery interviews'. This is then read out to local health care professionals involved in caring for patients with heart disease.

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Scoping Report for the third Herefordshire Local Transport Plan (LTP3)
The third Local Transport Plan (LTP3) is the document that will set out Herefordshire Council's approach to tackling the current problems and future challenges for the transport system in Herefordshire. Herefordshire Council is required to undertake a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the LTP. The SEA is undertaken in two stages. The output of the first stage is a Scoping Report which sets out information on other relevant plans and programmes that may interact with the LTP, the baseline data related to the state of the environment and the key environmental issues that must be considered further. The second stage of the process is the preparation of an Environmental Report which is carried out in tandem with the development of the LTP and published alongside it. Following the consultation period, the Scoping Report will be reviewed and revised as necessary. The outcome of this consultation will be reported in the Environmental Report.
